I have a home with a bay window. On either side of it are a single window that winds out. When I went to wind the open window to shut it, the casing around the winder broke into and now my window won't wind out. On the casing, it says Anderson. How do I get a replacement?

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like the gears inside the operator have stripped, so you will need to replace the entire operator.
To determine the right replacement I will need to see a photo of the entire operator, preferably removed from the window. Since you aren't able to open the window using the operator, it would help to be able to see a photo of a similar operator.
I'll need to see the body of the operator as well as the arm(s) and how the operator attaches to the bottom of your window.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
