My problem is the slider and metal rail are bent. The actuator is stripped because of the poor slider. I do not know what brand the windows are. They were installed in 1987. Please identify the replacement parts so I can buy new ones.

I recommend our 39-172 operator, 36-048 hinge set with a 10" base and the 38-097 & 38-098 sash locks. For the T handle, see our 39-102. These parts look like great matches for your hardware but compare our specifications with yours and let me know if you agree.

Hey there, Emily isn't here today but I'll do my best to assist you from here on out.
Looking over your photos, I agree that our 36-048 will replace your hinge. The catch is that you have to replace the top and bottom at the same time so that the sash has a symmetrical operation.
