Cast with single metal roller

Question

This is from a wood frame sliding glass door from the 80s. there is a 4 7/8" adjustment screw that comes in from the end of the door. There are no markings on the part and I can't find any makings on the door. It has PPG Hurculite tempered glass and a sash controls 1265 marked handle.

I can't be sure but it sees like there may be more to your roller housing. If so, it is likely still inside the door frame. I would recommend double-checking since we would need to see the entire roller housing to determine if a suitable replacement is available. The housing height, width, and wheel diameter are also needed to narrow down your options. Thank you!
