Center mount casement hardware

A landlord from San jose ca says:
I am trying to figure out what parts I can buy to replace this hardware.
I'll have to go back out to the property to take it apart to get more details.

This hardware is on a rental unit, which I don't have any time access to.

Any help or insight is appreciated.

Hello,

This looks like older versions of the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092 Short-Arm Operators. Unfortunately, ROTO has discontinued many components that are needed for this operator to function, such as the bracket arm that connects it to the window sash. Sometimes these bracket arms can be found secondhand on a site like eBay, but I can't make any guarantees. I apologize for any inconvenience.
