Center mount drawer slide guide

Hello, I'm trying to locate center mount drawer guides for an older dresser. I've been unsuccessful in sourcing anything locally. The only identification marker I see on it is ANTILLON. Hoping you are able to assist with this. I've included a picture of the one remaining guide that is unbroken. Thanks, any information is appreciated.
