Center mounted guide

I am trying to fix a drawer with a center mounted ball bearing glide. I'm not sure what to call the piece I need replaced. The attached picture shows what I need. It is screwed into the back of the drawer. The tip fits into a hole in the glide and keeps it from slipping. I hope this makes sense

I'm not sure what to call this either. It's not familiar to me. Could you show us a photo of what it looks like installed? We may not be able to replace this part, but we may be able to replace a larger mechanism, if that's what it's part of.
