Certain teed patio door broken lock and handle

Question

Dear Experts,
You are my last chance to get my patio door fixed! I'm writing you from Hungary, Europe. The previous owner of my house bought the door for the patio, but unfortunately the company who built it in, is not selling this brand or parts of it anymore.
The brand called CertainTeed.
Dimension of the door: 240x205 cm / 94,48 inches wide and 80,70 tall with two panels. The one on he left is fixed, the other is a sliding door.

On the sliding part of the door's inside handle and the main inner three point lock are broken and none of the companies in Hungary could help us to get these part, they pushing us to change the whole thing.

After couple of months surfing on the internet I've found products on your website what I think is the one I need.

Also the door is very heavy, feels like it's stucked, so hard to open it. Do you think I can fix it somehow to be easier to open? Honestly it causing me backpain!

May I ask you to help me to decide if it is the correct lock and handle to my door? And also I'd like to know if you can be so kind and ship the product to Hungary and let me know about the price of it?

Thanks for reaching out to us, Linda. I agree that the 82-081 handle set is the right pick, but I'm not sure about the mortise. Your door appears to use a multi point system that locks at three points: top, middle, and bottom. We aren't able to get you anything like that, unfortunately, we only sell a middle-point mortise in the 82-238.

As for the door being difficult to open and close, that sounds like an issue with the rollers. Replacing the handle won't have any affect no that. Your first step should be to check to make sure the track and rollers you have now are still in good working condition and aren't just clogged up with dirt and debris. Check for damage, dents, cracks, stuff like that.

If the rollers are damaged then you will need to replace them. We can help, but I will require photos of the roller out of the door first before I can make a recommendation.
