Hello, I'm looking for the insulation that fits in the channels on a double hung Certain Teed. They are 23 years old. Attached are pics of the channel where the insulation is partly missing. I have ordered from you before and should have an account. Thanks!

Hello and thanks for contacting SWISCO. To identify the wool pile weather seal you need, can you remove it from the window and measure the length of the base and the height of the pile? Be precise as possible; these measurements are how we can identify what you need.
