Hello,

This looks like an older version of our 15-192 CertainTeed pivot shoe, which works with the S170-408 coil supports. 

Please keep in mind that the cam in your shoe is different from the newer 15-192 and you may need to swap the cams and reuse your originals for these to work for you. Thanks for posting!
