Thanks for posting! Your patio door handle set looks a lot like the 82-080 Mortise Style Handle Set. To confirm that this is the right replacement, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing set. You'll want to be especially sure to compare the installation hole measurement.

The keyed version of this set is part 82-081.
