CertainTeed Sash Pivot Bar

Question

Hi There-
I just purchased the p/n:26-353 pivot bar and found that while the part screwed onto the window, it ended up being to tall and the window doesn't close completely. I found a warranty tag on the side of the window that might help identify the correct type or part I would need. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your exact pivot bars are no longer available but we recommend replacing them with the 26-175 CertainTeed Pivot Bar. These are sold in a pair.

Carefully look over the dimensions below to see if these might be a better fit. There is also a video tutorial, tagged below.
