CertainTeed Tension Coil for Double Hung Window

Question

So sorry for all the dirt and grime in the window casing... I am looking to replace the Tension Coils and their force balances as it appears to me that they broke, and the top sash of this particular window slides down and remains open. To close it, I have to hold it up and lock it.

Thanks for posting. Just by eyeballing this picture, your pivot shoe appears similar to our 15-192. Do you agree? If so, I think you might want to consider our Series 170 spring. Carefully compare the dimensions we show for this hardware to your own and see if you agree.
