The CertainTeed tilt window won't go up and down. Coil is detached. I am sending photos for your help in finding a replacement balance assembly.

Hello there!
It sounds like you need new window balances. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see photos of an undamaged pivot shoe remove from the window to compare to our inventory.
