Where can I purchase CertainTeed Window Lock Replacement Parts?

The sash lock is 2-1/4" from the center of each hole to the other. The holes are 3/4" away from the semi-circular lock mechanism. The face mount keeper is 3/4" from the center of each hole. The center of the hole out to the edge of the keeper is 1-1/16".

Thank you for your pictures and clear dimensions. The best match I found for your lock is our 90-274. However, we couldn't find a close match for that keeper. The closest we could find was our 90-257, but I don't know if this will work for you. Look it over and see what you think.
