CertainTeed replacement parts

Home Owner from Maryland
The coil in one of our windows broke. The metal coil is 1/2" wide and does not have any other markings on it. There are two coil casings (?) next to each other that measure 3 1/8 tall together, 1 1/2" wide, and 3/4" deep with the following number on them: H8637MX. The plastic roller inside the casing is 1 1/4" diameter with the following number printed on the outside: H8638MXX. The overall window size is 60" tall (total top and bottom) x 30" wide. The windows are approximately 14 years old. I'd like to know the replacement parts to replace the coil, roller, casing; i'll be replacing both sides of two windows. I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

It's tough to make out what you have from these photos. Before I recommend anything, would it be possible to see a clear picture of the pivot shoe to which these coils attach?

Thank you for your help. Here's the pic of the pivot shoe.

Thanks! That looks like our 15-192, so for your springs you can use our Series 170 (for the bottom spring) and Series 171 (for the top spring). The video below will go into more detail as to how these parts interact.

You also mentioned that these springs don't have markings. That will make things a little more complicated. I would double check all four springs just to be 100% sure. If you can't find any markings on the springs themselves then I will need you t o tell me the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce. That will allow me to do a little math and figure out what you need.
