I'm in need of spring balances for my CertainTeed replacement windows that were installed around 2006. I have two window sizes that are in need of parts. The windows are double hung. Smalller window sliding section are 15 & 5/8?s inches tall, the spring itself measures 14 & 7/8s in length I have provided you with a picture of the balances in this communication. Only # I see on the spring device is 13 3 CJ 361 it is on the metal frame section.
The second window sliding section is 28 & 1/2 inches tall I haven't figured out how to pull out the window yet I'll try again later today after I saw a video on your site a few minutes ago.
