Hi, the gray piece is missing on one of my CertainTeed double hung window which causes the top sash to drop when unlocked. Please help identify what piece that is and a replacement. Thanks

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. This appears to be the old-style CertainTeed pivot bar. The 26-175 was designed to replace it. Review the specifications along with the related video and see what you think.
