CertainTeed window replacement parts

Question

I believe I need something called a balance spring and a shoe for both sides of my window. Can you confirm the parts that I need. This was for a window installed in my home in 1999

Take a look at our 15-192 Certainteed Pivot Shoe. This shoe uses our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. See the video below for more details.
