I have a CertainTeed bathroom window approx. 25-30 years old. Do you have replacement parts for the spring cover -tilt pins etc.?. The tilt pin on one side is loose and slice back into window on one side and I believe the spring steel is shot or off track because the window does not stay up. I can forward pictures, if need be, to help identify parts needed.
