Certaineed Window Parts

Question

While repairing the screens in my Certaineed windows several of the screen panel pulls broke, I was able to find them on your site 70-128. While cleaning out the frames I cracked several of the clips/keepers that secure the screens to the frames. Do you carry these and what are they correctly called?

We did carry this screen retainer at one time but, unfortunately, it has been discontinued and no substitute has been found. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
