Need to replace weatherstripping for these windows. It is a kerf mount that folds along the outside edges of the window as it is closed. See pictures of cross section of a replacement weatherstripping I purchased several years ago that works. Also pictures of replacement installed (vertical edge) and original weatherstripping (in bottom edge of window).
