Certainteed Pivot Shoe Didn't Fit Simonton Window

We need to replace the pivot shoe from several simonton windows purchased around 2006 that came installed on a modular house. We ordered the Certainteed Pivot shoe #15-192 thinking it would fit but it does not and will need to be returned. I have added a photo. There are no numbers or identification on the pivot shoe.

Our 15-192 shoe will definitely replace this old Simonton one. The only issue is that your old pivot bar may not fit in the metal cam of the new shoe. Is that the problem you ran into? If so, you'll have to swap the new cam out for the one off your old shoe.

Hello there. People with your Simonton sliding windows have successfully used the 87-190 Roller Assembly as a replacement in the past. Do let me know if you have further questions.
