Certainteed Pivot shoe

Question

I ordered the CertainTeed pivot shoe to replace my broken shoes but they are not the right part and don't fit into my windows. The picture are of the broken parts needing to be replaced. The Spring and covers all seem good but the pivot shoes have all broken in half. What is the appropriate replacement for them.

I see you purchased our 15-192 pivot shoe. This is unfortunately the only type of shoe Certainteed makes anymore. Yours is an older design that they discontinued and specifically replaced with this.

It will still work, but if it's too tight to fit in the track then you will need to cut or shave down the little bumps on the face. I've been told by past customers that this allows them to use the 15-192 in the older Certainteed windows without issue.
