Certainteed Skywall Window Crank and Assembly

I am looking for a replacement for a crank and assembly for the bottom window in a skywall that CertainTeed installed in my house 22 years ago, I have looked every where for a replacement for it.

We may be able to replace this operator, but I cannot make out what it is while it's still installed. One key detail is obscured, which is how it connects to the sash at the end of its arms.

That said, see our 39-312. The base is similar to yours, at least, and it may be what you have. I would recommend removing yours from the window just to be 100% sure, though.
