Certainteed Tilt Latch

The Tilt latch I need looks exactly like that. I have had the hardest time trying to find it, and I contacted them and they said to do this. hopefully I can get something out from doing this. I don't know the year of the window, or have anything more than this.

I am not sure which product of ours you are referring your latch to, but we'd like for you to start with reviewing our 26-317 to see if this set would work on your windows.
