Thanks for posting! Considering this is Certaniteed window, I am confident our pivot shoe part 15-192 would work for you. Although, this is an educated guess so I'd need to see a photo of the pivot shoe to confirm for sure. Take a look at the diagram below to confirm the measurements.

These are typically compatible with the Series 170 coil balance for the bottom spring and the Series 171 to be stacked on top of the bottom spring.

Please also be aware that there are bumps on the face of the 15-192 that may need to be shaved down so that it can fit in your older window track.
