Help! Need to replace these parts but can't identify them.  Thank you!! Looks like th foot broke off into the shoe.

Hello,

We offer the Certainteed 15-192 pivot shoe that uses the S170 and S171 coil springs, along with the parts listed under the related items section of the 15-192 product page. Please note that some customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb.

As for the pivot bar, we should be able to supply replacements, but we would need to see an intact version removed from the other side or an identical window to confirm. Thank you!
