I'm searching for a Certainteed window balance. It was installed in 1991.

Thanks for posting, Brian! It's hard to tell what pivot shoe you have while it's hiding like that, but you might want to check out our 15-192. Could this be a match? If so, you might be interested in either our Series 170 or Series 171 coil springs, as well as our 15-156 spring cover and 15-157 drum.

Thanks Tom! They look to be correct to me. I would probably only need the shoe, as the other pieces appear to be intact, correct? If so, how would I go about purchasing the shoe?

If the other pieces are fine, then you should be okay with just replacing the shoe. You can purchase it directly from our site -- simply click "Add to Cart" on it's product page.
