Certainteed Window Coil balance

Question

One of the four coil balances snapped for my Certainteed Bedroom window.  Each side of my window has two coil springs.  I've attach a photo of the two coil springs.  The springs are labeled LA 407 and SA 407.  LA 407 is the coil that snapped.  Need a replacement.  Should I also replace SA 407 while I'm at it?

For a Certainteed window, I recommend the Series 170 spring for the bottom of the pair and the Series 171 for the top of the pair.
