Certainteed Window Latch Replacment

Hello,
I have reviewed all 23 pages of your Certainteed research with customer photos, but do not see a similar latch to the one in this photo and I do not see it anywhere in the history of Certaineed parts or replacement parts advertised on the internet. This is a smallish window that may be a gliding window installed on end to act as a double hung window. I believe this latch to be the locking latch, but I am not sure.
