I have had 1 pivot shoe that broke. The window was made 12/15/1995...Job #107990 Order # 190684...I am trying to replace but I do not know the part number...attached are the pictures of the broken piece. Can you help me determine the correct replacement piece?

Take a look at the 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. Compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches what you need.
