Certainteed balances missing

Question

I'm a licensed general contractor in Northern California. I have a client's bathroom window missing both its balancers. Brand name CertainTeed. White vinyl 16-in tall sash. I have submitted pictures as well.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say that without photos of the existing hardware, it would be hard to determine the exact balances you need for this sash. Although, I did notice that the sash appears to use a top sash guide at the top corner, which is typically used along with a non-tilt window, channel balance.

Are there any similar windows in the home that do still have balances in them? This will significantly help to narrow down the possible replacements we can supply you with.
