Certainteed broken window coil

Question

The top paine will not stay up. The coil is broken. It has the number 336 J on it. Coil is 3/4" wide. The plastic piece is broken I multiple places. I will need replacements for both sides. Thanks

See our 15-192 Pivot Shoe. This shoe uses our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. The video below explains more. If you just have one coil on each side of the sash, and its stamped 336, see our S170-335.
