Certainteed casement weather strip

Question

This weather strip has approx a 3/8 x3/8 projection and the kerf goes into the window approx 1/4-5/16 of an inch.   Any suggestions for a replacement would be appreciated.  Replacement is no longer available from certainteed since their buyout.  Thank you.

We don't have a match for this weatherstripping, but our 58-170B is similar. Could you possibly use this as a replacement? Look it over and let me know what you think.
