There are 3 of these 'clips' that aid in the bar locking the window. I have one that snapped off and the window doesn't completely close...it's getting cold outside!!

Hello! Looks like you need a new tie bar guide. Your exact type isn't made anymore, but I'm confident that our 39-448 can replace it. The manufacturer changes the style of this tie bar guide every couple years (for some reason, it makes no sense to me), but they all work the same.
