This is trim from the outer side of the casement window of a certainteed window that cracked off and needs to be replaced.

We don't carry an exact match for your seal, but the 58-135 or 58-170B may be worth considering, depending on whether your seal uses a flat backing or kerf for installation. Review the specifications below to see if one of them could work for your application. Thanks for posting!
