Certainteed double hung window latch assemblies

I have certainteed windows purchased in 1995. I have been told today by certainteed the part numbers are 86121,86131 and 86141. I have 16 double hung windows I would like to replace all the tilt latch assemblies. the windows are white. Can you please verify the parts I need and advise price and delivery. I think I would like to purchase 1 set just to verify they will work and then order the remainder.
