Certainteed replacement window shoe replacement

Hi,
Any idea of the type of shoe I need for a 20 year old Certainteed vinyl replacement double hung? The housing is plastic, the cam piece that supports the sash is aluminum.

I'm afraid I won't know what you have without more of a reference. What you've described can be applied to all pivot shoes ever made. Can you show me a picture of the shoe in question out of the window?

Thank you! Your pivot shoe looks like a match for our 15-192, yes. The old pivot bar isn't made anymore but you can use the new 26-175, which is fully compatible with the 15-192 pivot shoe.
