Certainteed sash balance and pivot shoe

I'm in need of the sash balancing parts for the lower sash of a Certainteed double hung window. I'd like to purchase the coil balance spring and pivot shoes for both sides of the sash. Please let me know what Swisco part numbers I should order. Thank you!

We offer the 15-192 Certainteed pivot shoe, which resembles the part shown in your photo. I would recommend your shoe from the window to compare to the image below. If it's a match, see the S170 and S171 coil springs, along with the parts listed under the related items section of the 15-192 product page. Please note that some customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb. Thanks for posting!
