I recently ordered your part # 26-353. Unfortunately they are thicker than the original and prevent the window from fully closing. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Here's an additional photo showing the original on the lef and the one I ordered on the right. You can see the difference in thickness which is preventing the window from closing. Thank you again.

The 26-353 isn't designed to replace the pivot bar you have now, that's for a different type of Certainteed window. Your pivot bar was discontinued and replaced by the 26-175. This will work the same way as the original. The video below will go into more detail.
