Certainteed sliding patio door roller track cover?

Home Owner from Sandy, Utah

Four years ago you made it easy for me to repair my Certainteed sliding patio door, in the attached photos (after trying to get coverage from the manufacturer "lifetime warranty" which clearly became a fallacy). I now need what I would call a roller track cover since the metallic roller support shown in one of the attached photos seems to be in good condition but the cover is now breaking. I assume the cover is to reduce friction. In case it helps the door was installed in 2010. The door is now working well but if the cover can be replaced my spouse would like it replaced now rather than later. I'll look forward to your recommendation on a replacement part and/or if you need further information before you can help me.

Hello,

We do offer the 80-102 track cover. Take a look at the dimensions below to confirm it would fit your track rail.

With that being said, it looks like the track rail itself may have split down the middle. If so, a cover may not attach properly. In that case, your best bet would be to replace the entire track with the 80-106. Review both options and the related videos to determine the best option for your repair. Thank you.
