Certainteed swivel window parts

A handy person from Rockport, TX says:
pegs on bottom flange broke off in swivel. pics show length, width and depth of flange as well as the peg portion that broke off. Flange is installed with two screws. one on bottom; one on side(I have screws)

I need two these flanges, they both broke

Please contact me if you need further info. These windows are originally installed when house built in 2001.

You have the old discontinued Certainteed pivot bars that has been replaced with 26-175 pivot bars. The tips look different, but as long as you have metal center cams in your pivot shoe, they will fit.
