The two springs are broken also. I don't know how to identify the size I need. The window is 18 x 32. Hopefully this helps thank you very much.

Hello, thank you for posting,
We should be able to assist with replacements springs, but to further review, we will need to see a picture of the pivot shoe that the coils attach to. Please also provide the number stamped on each coil spring. If there are no markings, we will need to know the weight of the window sash. The sash would need to be removed and placed on a scale. Thank you!
