Certainteed window Coil balance

I have a Certainteed vinyl window where both coil balances are broken. I attached pictures of the window, label and coil (broken parts at bottom & top of window area). The window is from 1997. The actual movable window is 39" (width) by 36" (height).
Can you please tell me which coil I need?
Also, I would like to get felt insulator that is on the sides of the moveable window. If you carry these, I have many different window sizes I need to get if you can point me in the right direction.

Hi there!

We can help but we'll need to see your coil balance and pivot shoe removed from your window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.

As for your weather stripping, we'll need to see a clear picture of the end profile. Take a look at the video below, it explains everything we'll need to see.

I am unable to get the shoe out since the window is very difficult to get out and I don't want to force it until I have the replacement just incase it won't go back in. However, I took a picture of another window's shoe, so hopefully this will help. If I have to remove the shoe, I can try.

The coils are in 2 pieces (I assume broke in half) as each side has coils at both the bottom at that top. Two of my previous pictures should show this. The width of the window slot is 7/8", so it looks like the coil width is also about 7/8".

I'm afraid I'll need to see your pivot shoe out of your window. We have a large selection of pivot shoes so seeing it removed will help us narrow down our options.

Due to the size/weight of the window, I won't be able to get the coil out until the weather gets warmer. But if it helps, I can get the exact shoe from another window.

I was able to take it apart. Please find picture of the shoe & etc.
The stamping on the coils are LA407 (outside one) and SA407 for the inside one.

It looks like you have our 15-192 pivot shoe which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. Be sure to compare our dimensions to your current pivot shoe to ensure this matches up for what you need.

Thank you very much for the coil part numbers, I will order soon.
I previously asked about the felt that runs down each side of the window.
The plastic width is 0.200". The height is not easy to get, but I attached a picture of it. I have many windows that may need this felt. Does it come is exact sizes or a coil where I cut it to length?
