Certainteed window balancer

Question

These spring balance devices have come loose and fell out from each side of my Certainteed window and I tried to reinstall them. They don?t look like they?re damaged but there must be an easy way to  reinstall them. Do you have any instructions or videos on how to install  these balance devices back into the window frames? Please let me know.  Thank you ...Jere

We don't have a video for this exact type of balance, but we have a video on how to replace similarly designed balances. Look it over and let me know if this helps.
