Certainteed window latch replacement

The one is lower section tilt in latch broke of left side the other is also left side upper half the internal spring popped out to push latch back to lock.

At first glance your latch looks to resemble our 26-317 certainteed top tilt latch pair. Have a look and see if you agree.

Yes that looks like the lower tilt latch would you possubly know the part number for the upper half as well?

Our 26-317 is a top til latch replacement. Could you clarify what you mean when you say "upper half"? If you're referring to the actuator or lever, we do not offer that part separate.
