Take a look at our 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses our Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. Look them over and see how the specifications compare to your hardware. 

Some customers have reported having to shave down the front of the shoe to install it in the widow jamb, so we also made a conversion video shown below if you would prefer to replace all of the necessary balance hardware. Take a look and thanks for posting! 

I would recommend weighing your window sash and dividing the weight by the number of coils used to support it to choose the corresponding strength option.
