Thanks for reaching out to us! It's tough to tell while it's still installed, but I believe your tilt latch is a match for our 26-317. Look it over and see what you think. I would definitely recommend removing the latch itself before you buy anything, though, just to ensure that it's the same model.

As for the vent latch, we don't sell this exact model but I think our 26-122 is a promising option. Review its specs and see what you think.
