Certainteed window pin

That looks like the old Certainteed pivot bar. They stopped making this style a long time ago but they replaced it with the 26-175.

I know this looks very different, but believe it or not they made this to work as a 1:1 replacement for your old part. It should work perfectly fine as-is.
