Could not find any part numbers.
The vinyl windows are approximately 23 years old.

Hello,
CertainTeed windows often use the 3/4" wide Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs with the 15-192 pivot shoe. Take a look and compare the specifications shown on our product pages to your original hardware. If you notice any discrepancies, just let us know and we'd be happy to look into this further.
